Jet dyeing (high-temperature, HTT): fabric ropes propelled by pressurised dye liquor at 130–140°C — standard for polyester and blends; low liquor ratio (1:4–1:8) saves water and dye. Overflow dyeing: gentle fabric handling at atmospheric pressure — preferred for delicate knit fabrics and microfibre; higher liquor ratio (1:10–1:15). Beam dyeing: fabric wound on perforated beam; ideal for warp sizing, delicate fabrics.
