The plastic machinery market covers capital equipment across the main plastic forming processes. Injection moulding machines convert granulated thermoplastic into precision moulded parts — the dominant process for consumer products, packaging components, automotive parts, and industrial components. Key types: hydraulic, electric (servo), and hybrid machines. Blow moulding machines form hollow plastic containers — extrusion blow moulding (EBM) for HDPE bottles and jerricans; stretch blow moulding (SBM) for PET bottles.
